Minotti Window Washing is looking for mature, reliable and results oriented people to be our next Window Washing Technicians. Founded in 1995 we have a legacy of providing quality window cleaning services at a reasonable price year round both inside and out. We will teach you on the job how to provide our customers with the same unmatched, spot free windows our company was built on.
Our areas of expertise include residential, commercial and hospitality windows in North East Ohio. We also offer power washing, fixture cleaning and other niche services that separate us from the competition. By using hydro poles to reach as high as 4 stories we can accommodate most customers from the ground.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to
o Window washing
o Power washing ground level
o Driving and operating company vehicles and equipment
o Communicating and interacting with customers
o Customer satisfaction
Skills of a successful candidate will include
o Window washing or power washing experience is a plus
o Ability to handle and manage equipment up to 50Lbs
o Well spoken
o Self-driven to be successful and efficient
o Prior leadership is strongly recommended and preferred, but not required
