Job Description
The Boardwalk Family of Restaurants is looking for experienced bartenders to work in our high-volume restaurants and bars on Put-in-Bay! We are seeking positive and highly motivated individuals.
At our restaurants we are proud to have knowledgeable bar staff that are able to provide our guests with excellent customer service. Our bartenders craft beverages from our menu of specialty cocktails and mocktails while also engaging with guests and ensuring everyone has an enjoyable dining experience. You would also be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar by preparing ingredients, properly labeling and dating beverage items, and adhere to proper alcohol handling procedures. The ideal candidate will be confident multitasking, resolving customer issues, and working as part of a team.
This position is full time seasonal (May - October) and that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a positive attitude and be willing to belong to a supportive and inclusive team culture!
Given the island's bustling atmosphere, you will find that you can earn a significant amount through customer gratuities along with $10 hourly pay. We also have housing available if needed!
